Job summary

Cotteswold Dairy Ltd is seeking a Driver / Loader for the Hereford Depot, with duties spanning loading at the depot and delivering across Herefordshire and South Wales. You will handle multi-drop rounds, ensuring quality service and accurate deliveries while representing the family‑owned business on every route.

The role requires a clean UK driving licence, 3.5T van experience (7.5T an advantage), physical fitness, and a flexible approach to rural and urban routes.

Qualifications

• Clean UK driving licence; 3.5T van experience required, 7.5T (C1) advantageous.
• Physical fitness for an active role involving manual handling.
• Positive, reliable attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexibility to handle varied rural and urban routes and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and stock rotation of orders.
• Stock replenishment and maintaining a safe, clean working environment.
• Loading and securing orders on delivery vehicles.
• Drive safely and deliver dairy products across routes to customers.
• Represent Cotteswold Dairy with high service standards on every delivery.
