Job summary

Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring a Part Time Delivery Driver 3.5t in Aberdeen Wellington Street for 20 hours per week, mornings 7:30am–11:30am, Monday to Friday with some flexibility. Salary £13,347 plus Bonus and excellent benefits.

You will deliver plumbing and heating supplies locally, build strong customer relationships, perform daily vehicle checks, and load/unload deliveries. You may assist with warehouse duties when returning from deliveries to help the branch run

Qualifications

• A full clean UK Driving Licence.
• Multidrop driving experience preferred but not essential.
• Team player with willingness to assist in all areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plumbing and heating supplies locally.

• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure safety.
• Load and unload deliveries, including manual handling.

Part Time Delivery Driver 3.5t – Aberdeen Wellington Street - Plumb Centre - 20 hours

Our branches are open Monday to Saturday (Sat. mornings only)

This vacancy is for 20 hours (4/hrs day), Mornings, Monday - Friday 7.30am - 11.30am with some flexibility

Working pattern will be discussed at the interview stage.

We are Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group - a leading specialist trade merchant across the UK and Ireland that puts customers at the heart of everything we do.

As a Part Time Delivery Driver 3.5t joining our team in Aberdeen Wellington Street you will:

• Deliver plumbing and heating supplies within the local area.

• Build strong relationships with our customers.

• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure everything is safe and ready to go.

• Load and unload deliveries, including manual handling.

• Support with warehouse duties when you’re back from deliveries, including unloading stock, picking & packing orders and carrying out stock checks.

So, if you’re over the age of 18 and have got:

• A full clean UK Driving Licence.

• Previous multidrop driving experience is ideal but not essential.

• A genuine desire to be a team player, willing to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
