Driver Labourer — Void Property Clearout & Maintenance

Job summary

Morgan Hunt Recruitment require 2 x Labourers with Driving Licence to carry out labouring work for a large maintenance organisation. You will clear out void properties, including removal of fixtures, fittings and any left-behind furniture.

You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient property turnover while maintaining a clean and organised work environment and adhering to health and safety regulations. 37 hours per week, 6 months then reviewed.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence required; vehicle provided.
• Experience in a similar labouring role preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in construction or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Clear out void properties, including removing fixtures, fittings, and furniture.
• Collaborate with the voids team for efficient property turnover.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in other labouring tasks as required.
