Avante Care & Support is recruiting Home Care Professionals and Drivers across our local care visits. We welcome applicants with no prior experience, as full training is provided to prepare you for compassionate, person-centred care and support with daily tasks.

We offer a starting salary of £26,450 with increases for relevant qualifications, flexible contracted hours, and time pay while travelling between visits. DBS costs covered, uniform and mobile provided, and ample holiday entitlement.

• No experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, promote independence, and assist with personal care and household tasks.
• Deliver care visits across assigned routes, following care plans and safety procedures.
