Thanks to Jean-Claude and Ex Mil Recruitment, I secured an interview quickly after submitting my CV via LinkedIn. The follow-up was excellent, with clear feedback and an employment offer. They understand military backgrounds and how to best place ex-service personnel transitioning to civilian roles.
