Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Driver Helper to ride on the vehicle and assist a Driver with waste removal services for customers on a designated residential route. You will help load waste, carry bags and containers to the vehicle, and guide the Driver from the ground while maintaining a clean vehicle and work area.

The role requires safe operation of the packing and loading mechanisms, regular vehicle inspections, and courteous interaction with customers and dispatchers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Ride on the vehicle to assist the Driver while servicing customers on a designated route.
• Operate packing mechanism and lifting/loading systems; clean waste from the packer blade and truck hopper as needed.
• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections and report safety issues.
