Job summary

The Felix Project is seeking a Driver/Depot Assistant to support our food distribution services in London. You will organise and sort deliveries at the depot and drive or co-drive to collect and drop off food with partner organisations.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive, can-do attitude, with opportunities to grow within a busy charity. Applicants should have a valid UK driving licence, be able to perform light to medium physical work, and

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK and a full clean UK driving licence.
• Willingness to engage in light to medium physical work.
• Previous warehouse experience and pump truck use.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and in a team.
• Meticulous organisation and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Database experience.
• Committed to reducing food waste and food poverty.

Responsibilities

• Organise and sort food deliveries at the depot.
• Drive or co-drive to deliver and collect food from partner organisations.
• Represent The Felix Project on the road and maintain high service standards.
• Carry out duties as per the job description and adapt to other tasks as required.
