Job summary

West Midlands Metro is recruiting a Tram Driver/Customer Service Representative based at Wednesbury Depot (WS10 0AR). You’ll drive trams safely across our expanding network, assist passengers, check tickets, and communicate clearly during disruptions.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a full-time permanent contract, a generous pension, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and free travel on Tram and NX Bus for you and your partner. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driving license held for at least 12 months.
• Aged 21 or over (insurance requirement).
• Calm, professional demeanour and ability to thrive under pressure.
