About the role:

This role involves supporting drivers daily, conducting briefs and debriefs, managing customer calls, and completing administrative tasks such as timesheets and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating inbound and outbound deliveries
• Conducting driver briefings and debriefings with scanners
• Handling driver and customer queries
• Sorting parcels
• Data entry and administrative duties
• Managing customer calls

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• 1-2 years’ experience in transportation or logistics (beneficial)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
