Job summary

SIG Insulation & Drylining in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our branch network. You will deliver goods, secure loads, and maintain delivery records while upholding a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

The role focuses on safe, timely deliveries with sociable driving hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for training including CPC renewals and HIAB/Moffett certification. A strong pension and life insurance are part of the package.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence is required.
• Hiab and/or Moffett certification is desirable—training can be provided.
• CPC card and Digital Tachograph competence is required.
• Proven experience in multi‑drop delivery.
• A strong focus on safety, reliability and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods safely and on time to customers in your area.
• Secure all loads and complete daily vehicle checks.
• Maintain accurate transport documentation and delivery records.
• Represent SIG Insulation & Drylining in a friendly, professional manner.

HGV Class 2 Driver

What’s the role?

As an HGV Driver, you’ll play a safety-critical role in the daily operation of our branch. You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering goods safely and on time to customers in your area
• Securing all loads and completing daily vehicle checks
• Maintaining accurate transport documentation and delivery records
• Representing SIG in a friendly, professional manner at all times

What you’ll bring:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
• Hiab and/or Moffett certification (desirable—SIG can provide training if needed)
• CPC card and Digital Tachograph
• Proven experience in multi-drop delivery
• A strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer service
