Pay Rate: £38, 344.02
Grade: CA
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday starting between 4am and 7am
Location: Tingley - WF3 1SP

We're now looking for a Class 2 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operation runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Manual handling of kegs of beer - extremely physically demanding
• Multidrop delivery to pubs, clubs, hotels normally up to 20 drops per day
• Will include delivering down stairs and into cellars
• This role involves working with alcohol
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Regular completion of vehicle checks

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Must have 12 months recent Class 2 driving experience
• Comfortable with very heavy manual handling
• No more than 6 points on driving licence
