Test Valley Borough Council in Romsey is hiring a Waste Collection Supervisor to lead a small team and manage the collection of all types of waste. The role is based in Romsey, requires a Category C (HGV2) licence and Driver CPC, and offers a 37-hour week from 7am to 3pm.
You will ensure service delivery, advise staff and residents, and complete all paperwork. The position includes a local government pension, on-site parking, and a commitment to work-life balance.

Leading a small team, you will be responsible for the collection of all types of waste, ensuring service delivery, giving advice, guidance and assistance to staff and residents as required and completing all necessary paperwork. The position is manually challenging but equally rewarding for enthusiastic and hardworking team players
To be suitable for the post it is essential that you have an appropriate Category C licence (HGV2). Ideally, you will have the relevant Driver CPC qualification. However, for the right candidate training could be given
