Join us as a Driver and Warehouse Assistant to support our growth, deliver sales, and exceed customer expectations.

The role:

As a Driver and Warehouse Assistant, you will be committed to delivering outstanding service. You should be professional, driven, and enthusiastic. Reporting to the branch management team, you will provide excellent service to both internal and external customers, delivering products within tight deadlines. The role also involves assisting in the warehouse and may include customer-facing duties such as serving on the trade counter and handling telephone inquiries to maximize sales and ensure top service. Please note, a valid driving license and previous driving experience are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure health and safety for yourself and your vehicle
• Maintain your vehicle in good condition
• Report any issues or incidents to your line manager
• Comply with transport laws and regulations
• Manage stock and deliveries
• Support the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in achieving sales targets at optimal margins
• Maintain high standards, build customer loyalty, and provide first-class service
• Assist with branch duties such as serving customers and telesales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the trade counter and warehouse

You:

Ideally, you will have a clean driving license, previous warehouse and driving experience, and product knowledge relevant to our industry. You should excel in customer service and support your colleagues effectively.
