Job summary
Red Bull Technology in Milton Keynes offers an Undergraduate Student placement of 12 months starting in the summer of 2027, focusing on simulator running, model development, database maintenance and performance analysis. You will work directly with future F1 drivers and across multiple technical areas.
The role requires enthusiasm for racing, strong maths/physics/engineering foundations, data handling and clear reporting. A competitive salary and extensive benefits are included.
Qualifications
- At least one year of undergraduate study in maths, physics or engineering.
- Experience handling and analyzing data from testing, including importing open-source PDF data.
- Knowledge of engineering software for data analysis/display such as MATLAB, Power BI; experience with data logging software is beneficial.
- Experience writing and preparing technical reports and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with simulator running, model development and performance analysis.
- Maintain and query databases and prepare data for review.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation of methods and results.
- Collaborate with engineers and future F1 drivers to understand data insights.
