About The Role

Driver - 7.5T – Join Cotteswold Dairy’s Shropshire Depot

Are you a dependable, enthusiastic driver with a passion for exploring diverse routes? Cotteswold Dairy, a family-owned business established in 1938 with production based in Tewkesbury, is seeking a 7.5T Driver to join our Haulage team at our Shropshire Depot. You should hold a clean C1 licence and be flexible for night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. This role offers the opportunity to deliver quality dairy products across Mid Wales and into vibrant English cities.

Summary

• Working Shifts: Sunday PM - Saturday AM (Night Shifts)
• Hours: 48 hours per week, five shifts
• Start Times: Most rounds between 1300 and 0100

As a professional Driver, you’ll represent Cotteswold Dairy by delivering products to customers in rural and urban settings, handling multi-drop rounds with stock rotation and unloading, and ensuring high standards. You’ll work independently, taking pride in your deliveries and customer relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Drive safely and courteously, delivering dairy products across scenic and urban routes.
• Maintain excellent service standards and handle deliveries with care.
• Uphold stock rotation and quality standards, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Adapt to varied routes and landscapes, handling challenges effectively.

Training & Development

Working Hours

• Full-time: 48 hours/week with a rotating schedule, including night shifts.
• Start times vary between 1300 and 0100, with a 'job + finish' schedule.
