Job summary

Speedy Hire in Kirkcaldy is seeking a Delivery Driver (3.5 ton) with towing ability to join our team. You will deliver hire equipment around the local area, working Mon-Fri from 07:30 to 17:00, 42 hours per week, with a salary of £29,572 per annum (pro rata).

This frontline role puts you at the face of our business, requiring strong customer focus and reliable, safe driving. We offer flexible start/finish times and opportunities for training and progression within Speedy.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid UK driving licence with towing ability.
• Good knowledge of the local area.
• Strong customer focus and safety awareness.
• Experience driving within the UK.
• Able to support ESG initiatives and Decade to Deliver.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hire equipment to local sites using a 3.5 ton flatbed van with trailer.
• Represent Speedy and provide high levels of customer service.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards.
• Follow scheduling and routing to meet deadlines.

Based in Location, the role of Delivery Driver is a busy and productive role. You will be driving a 3.5 ton flatbed van with trailer, delivering hire equipment around the local area. This role is vital to our operation; you will be the face of our business and a representation of our vision, mission and values.

• Driving licence with towing ability
