Love being on the move and interacting with people from all walks of life? Proud to deliver quality goods on time and put a smile on thousands of faces every week?

Join Ocado Logistics where there are bags of possibilities.

It’s our mission to provide an outstanding customer experience. While others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top-quality products on time and efficiently.

You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like!

In return, we use automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van!

Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay, you will receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £12.70. You can also boost your earnings further with overtime for special occasions!

All your breaks are paid, meaning you get paid for every minute at work. That’s a great deal!

(Everyone’s shifts will vary; more information is included at the bottom of this advert to help you understand what that might look like.)

We offer a safe working environment and a range of perks that you can tailor to your lifestyle, including:

  • Company pension with up to 7% matched contributions after 3 months
  • An enhanced digital health and wellbeing service, including virtual GP appointments, for you and your dependents
  • High street shopping, entertainment, and restaurant discounts
  • Life insurance coverage from day one
  • 15% off your weekly shop
  • Additional voluntary benefits like dental and travel insurance at discounted rates
  • Career progression opportunities, with 87% of salaried roles filled internally

What do we need from you?

No previous experience is necessary—just bring yourself and a positive attitude. Our training team will take care of the rest!

Driving Licence Requirements:

  • Full UK or EU driving licence
  • Minimum of 6 months driving experience
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points
  • No disqualifications in the past 5 years

Some deliveries involve handling alcohol, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer-facing role, good communication skills are essential.

How to apply:

  • Fill out an online application—CV not needed!
  • Our recruitment team will conduct an online licence and right-to-work check
  • You’ll be invited for a site tour, meet the team, and have a relaxed Q&A session
  • We will run a DBS check
  • Once all checks are complete, you’ll be offered the role to start your career with Ocado Logistics
