You will be working a minimum of 48 hours per week, on an ‘any 5 from 8’ shift pattern, withstart times between16:00 and 20:00, this role is perfect for those who thrive in the late hours.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Conduct thorough pre and post-shift checks of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition
  • Delivering chilled, frozen, and ambient goods to Costa Coffee stores on a multi-drop route
  • Using totes and tote boards to unload stock at each store
  • Navigate through busy city routes and handle challenging parking locations
  • Keep a close eye on vehicle defects and wear and tear and report them promptly
  • Ensure that all documentation is filled out accurately and submitted on time

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Hold a valid UK Driving licence with Category C (Class 2)
  • Less than six points on your licence (as well as no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT endorsements)
  • An up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with driving regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on your initiative
