As a Driver you will be assisting with day-to-day garage duties including the washing and valeting of the company cars, refueling from our fuel store, and processing vehicle requests. You will be responsible for the delivery and collection of components across the central belt ensuring the correct paperwork is in order. As our driver, there will be the need for general chauffeuring of senior managers and clients including airport collections and drop-offs. You will also assist with our security office covering for sickness, holidays, and unexpected absences.

• Washing and maintaining company cars
• Assisting with chauffeuring when required, including evenings
• Loading, delivering, and collecting equipment and other errands
• Some ground maintenance
• Collecting and delivering mail
• Facility duties, as and when required
• Security duties, as and when required

• Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Ability to work independently using initiative
• Excellent front-facing customer service skills, over the phone and face to face
• PC literate and able to carry out tasks using a PC (e.g., email)
• Strong interpersonal and observational skills
• Quick-thinking with the ability to deal with situations as they arise
• Great attention to detail and able to keep accurate records
• Full flexibility regarding covering for colleagues during periods of sickness and holiday
• Ability to work well as part of a team and form effective working relationships
