Job description

Social network you want to login/join with:

Love being on the move and interacting with people from all walks of life? Proud to deliver quality goods on time and put a smile on thousands of faces every week?

Join Ocado Logistics where there are bags of possibilities.

It’s our mission to provide an outstanding customer experience. While others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics, our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role in delivering top-quality products on time and efficiently.

You’ll be out on the road regardless of the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loudly as you like!

In return, we use automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van!

Everyone prefers their groceries at different times, so our working patterns include evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. Along with your base pay, you will receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £12.70. You can further boost your earnings with enhanced overtime for special occasions!

All your breaks are paid, meaning you get paid for every minute at work. That’s a great deal!

(Everyone’s shifts will vary; more information is included at the bottom of this advert to help you understand what that might look like.)

We prioritize a safe working environment and offer a range of perks that you can tailor to your lifestyle, including:

  • Company pension of up to 7% matched contributions after just 3 months
  • An enhanced digital health and wellbeing service, including virtual GP appointments, for you and your dependents
  • Hundreds of high street shopping, entertainment, and restaurant discounts
  • Life insurance coverage from day one of employment
  • 15% off your weekly shop
  • Additional voluntary benefits such as dental and travel insurance at discounted prices
  • Career progression opportunities—87% of our salaried roles are filled internally!

So what do we need from you?

You don’t need prior experience to join our friendly team—just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our training team will handle the rest!

Driving Licence Requirements:

  • Full UK or EU driving licence
  • Minimum of 6 months driving experience
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points
  • No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years

Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer-facing role, good communication skills are essential.

How to apply:

  • Fill in an online application—no CV needed!
  • Our recruitment team will contact you to conduct an online Licence Check and Right to Work checks.
  • You’ll be invited for a site tour, meet the team, and have a relaxed Q&A session as part of a light interview.
  • We will run a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Once all checks are complete, you’ll receive an offer and start your career with Ocado Logistics!
