Job summary

AM Phillip Trucktech, a family business with seven depots and specialist in commercial vehicles, is seeking a motivated Driver with a Class 1 licence. You will operate flatbed trucks to deliver goods across multiple locations, focusing on safety and on-time performance.

We value reliability and a can-do attitude. The role offers flexible hours (subject to availability) and on-site parking at our depots in Scotland. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in commercial driving and delivery roles.
• Excellent time management skills with a focus on punctuality.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and road regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport vehicles to designated locations according to delivery schedules.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
• Secure vehicles properly to prevent damage during transit.
• Works with minimum supervision, anticipating issues and taking necessary action.
• Comply with driver hours regulations and tachograph requirements.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Driver with a Class 1 licence to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating flatbed trucks to deliver goods efficiently across various locations. Your enthusiasm for driving and commitment to safety will help us maintain our reputation for excellent service and dependability.
