Qualifications

• A valid UK provisional or full driving licence.
• Minimum age 18.
• Confident cycling in urban environments.
• Good level of physical fitness (cycling throughout shifts).
• Ability to use a smartphone and follow GPS routes.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels safely, efficiently, and on schedule using an electric bike.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions provided through the delivery app.
• Handle packages with care and ensure accurate delivery to customers.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with the public.
• Carry out basic checks on the eBike to ensure it is road-ready.
• Adhere to all road safety rules, company policies, and operational guidelines.
• Report any issues, incidents, or route challenges to the on-shift supervisor.
