Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in a similar driving role is desirable.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.

The Role

As a Driver, you’ll be the face of Steer Automotive for our customers. You’ll be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of customer vehicles, while providing a friendly, professional service that reflects our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deliver customer vehicles in a timely and safe manner
  • Carry out basic vehicle checks (fuel levels, damage, cleanliness)
  • Ensure all paperwork and vehicle documentation is accurate and complete
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, representing the Steer brand at all times
  • Provide a courteous, customer-focused service at every interaction
  • Support the team with yard organisation or vehicle movement as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • A full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A reliable, punctual, and professional approach
  • A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar driving, collection/delivery, or valet role is desirable
