Job Title: Driveline Operative
Location: Ballymena, County Antrim
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rates: 14.86 per hour (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting for a number of skilled and dedicated Driveline Operatives to join the production team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in manufacturing and mechanical assembly, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to high-quality production processes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assembling and fitting driveline components with precision.
2. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure accuracy.
3. Maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety protocols.
4. Collaborating with team members and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Being flexible with shift patterns and overtime when required.

1. Chassis assembly experience.
2. Time-served in a relevant trade (Fitter, Mechanic, Plumber).

1. Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
2. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Awareness of Health & Safety regulations.
