Job Overview

As a Drive Site Operator, you will work to deliver an effective Picking, Loading and inbound operation, meeting or exceeding scorecard performance through working as part of a highly flexible and multi-skilled team. You will optimize the flow of goods, minimize negative impacts to site output/input capability, maintain efficiency to maximize customer service delivery, and contribute towards maintaining a safe, structured, flexible, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Quality, Environment Statutory standards and Site policies
  • Carry out picking, loading, and receipt of finished goods
  • Maintain required standards, hygiene, and housekeeping in operational areas
  • Commitment to self-development in accordance with functional skills framework
  • Monitor and report Health & Safety issues, promoting a professional team culture
  • Take active involvement in continuous improvement activities
  • Effective daily use of Drive Site systems including SAP, Integrity, EWM, and others
  • Be accountable for basic error resolution for scanning and SAP/EWM
  • Actively engage in delivering specific Drive Site non-core roles
  • Ensure Vehicle Turn Around Time on Site targets are met and exceeded
  • Ensure internal and external customer service targets are met per scorecard
  • Undertake required workplace transport pre-shift and/or safety inspections
  • Complete inventory movements including put-away and pick
  • Vehicle loading and unloading
  • Work within, adhere to and drive 5S Principles
  • Operate the shunt (Training may be provided)
  • Development of self and others per Functional Skills Framework
  • Ensure Drive Site operation works with Production to deliver against the plan
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
  • Valid counterbalance FLT license
  • Practical experience of drive site/Warehouse operational organization
  • Experience working within a strategic, target-driven manufacturing warehouse environment measured by robust KPIs
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
