Qualifications

• Experience in food buying within UK retail or wholesale.
• Proven track record delivering JBPs with leading manufacturers.
• Hands-on buying experience with supplier negotiations.
• Strong customer and commercial mindset with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review a customer-centric category strategy for Drinks.
• Negotiate JBPs that deliver category objectives and margins.
• Source new suppliers and products to excite consumers and grow sales.
• Develop promotional plans and in-store activations to drive footfall.
• Use data and insights with internal/external stakeholders to deliver strategy.
• Manage cost reduction to improve margin and understand market dynamics.
