Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks a Kantori Service Leader to optimize drilling performance from Aberdeen, with significant travel. You will coordinate data, define KPIs, and ensure delivery of optimization plans across assets, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a strong background in drilling services, data analysis, and problem-solving, with excellent communication skills and a track record of improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong drilling optimization knowledge.
• Experience in oil and gas operations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate desk assignment and analyze offset data.
• Define KPI targets with customer teams and reporting framework.
• Prepare rig control introduction plans for new assets with stakeholders.
• Support game-plan preparation and integration into DOP/work instruction.
• Prepare offset data and risk assessment with GnC & WC lines.
• Assist in engineering case preparation and QC within Kantori pre-well case.
• Present end-of-section and end-of-well reports showing value versus KPIs.
• Lead lessons-learned sessions and update playbooks.
