About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated Drama Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team at a school with an Ofsted 'Good' rating. As a Drama Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire students across KS3 to KS5, nurturing their creative talents and developing their performance skills. You will play a vital role in encouraging students to express themselves through drama, fostering their confidence, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and inspiring drama lessons to students from KS3 to KS5, encouraging creativity and self-expression.
• Organise and produce school performances, allowing students to showcase their talents and develop their teamwork and leadership skills.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential in drama.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Contribute to the development of the Drama Department, sharing ideas for curriculum improvement and extra-curricular opportunities.
• Promote a love for the arts and ensure students have access to a range of resources and activities that encourage artistic exploration.
