Your Role as a Drama ECT

  • Plan and deliver engaging, practical, and theoretical Drama lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
  • Inspire students through creative and interactive teaching methods, developing their confidence and performance skills.
  • Collaborate with your mentor and the wider department to continuously refine your teaching practice.
  • Direct and support school productions, drama clubs, and enrichment activities.
  • Foster a love of theatre and performance, encouraging critical thinking and artistic exploration.
