Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and committed Drama Teacher to join the vibrant Performing Arts Department. The successful candidate will inspire and motivate students to explore and develop their performance skills, creativity, and self-expression. As a Drama teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the possibility of teaching Key Stage 5 (A-level Drama) depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality drama lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves.
  • Prepare students for performances, exams, and assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with the department and wider school community to enhance the performing arts provision.
  • Contribute to extracurricular drama activities, including school productions, drama clubs, and workshops.
  • Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential.
