Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Direct and produce school plays and performances.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Work within the school's performing arts department, collaborating with colleagues in music and dance.
- Develop and implement a range of extracurricular drama activities, including after-school clubs and workshops.
- Organize theatre visits and invite professional practitioners to the school.
- Direct and produce school productions, including technical aspects such as lighting and sound.
- Have experience in a variety of drama techniques and styles.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
