Drama Teacher – Secondary school in Dover

We’re searching for an enthusiastic Drama Teacher to inspire students with confidence, charisma, and craft. You’ll be shaping the next generation of stage and screen legends, fostering a love for performance, and making every lesson feel like opening night!

Contract: Full time – September start

Salary: £162 - £223 per day

Responsibilities

  • Teach drama techniques, including improvisation, stage presence, and voice work.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that captivate students.
  • Direct school performances, plays, and productions with creativity.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help students develop their skills.
  • Encourage students to express themselves and build confidence.
  • Collaborate with staff and parents to support students' artistic growth.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or relevant teaching certification.
  • Experience in teaching theatre, acting, or stage performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
