Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering engaging drama lessons across key stages
  • Encouraging pupils to explore acting, improvisation, and stagecraft
  • Organising and supporting school productions, performances, and workshops
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all learners
  • Collaborating with colleagues to integrate drama into cross-curricular learning
Ideal candidate
  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS) or equivalent experience in drama education
  • Have experience teaching drama to children or young people
  • Be passionate about performance and able to inspire creativity
  • Have excellent communication and classroom management skills as a Drama Teacher
  • Be adaptable, proactive, and committed to developing pupils\' confidence and skills
