Job Opportunity: Drama Teacher

Location: East of England, Cambridgeshire, Cambridge

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and deliver engaging and interactive drama lessons to students.
  2. Develop and implement curriculum that meets educational standards.
  3. Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback.
  4. Organise and supervise drama productions, performances, and events.
  5. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
  6. Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience teaching drama to students of various ages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or Drama.
  • Experience working in a secondary school setting.
Working Conditions:

Pay rates are inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent appointment in the future.
