Job summary

International Schools Today is seeking a Graduate Assistant and Resident Tutor in Drama and Performing Arts for a fixed-term year starting January 2027. The role includes accommodation and a compact timetable combining curricular and co-curricular duties within a thriving school environment.

We are looking for recent graduates with a relevant degree and a genuine interest in supporting pupils aged 13–18, with flexibility for evening/weekend work and a commitment to boarding life.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Theatre, Drama or a related discipline.
• Interest in working with young people aged 13–18 and in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Drama and Performing Arts Department in curricular and co-curricular activities.
• Take on the role of Resident Tutor in one of the boarding houses, supporting pupils’ wellbeing and pastoral care.
• Contribute to drama, performing arts, productions and related creative activities.
