Daily Rate: £90–£130 (depending on experience)

Are you a confident, creative individual with a passion for drama and education? A welcoming secondary school in Maldon is seeking a Drama Cover Supervisor to join their team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a performing arts graduate, aspiring teacher, or experienced cover supervisor looking to engage students in creative learning.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-set Drama lessons and supervise classes in the teacher’s absence.

Maintain a focused and supportive classroom environment.

Encourage creativity, collaboration, and confidence through drama-based activities.

Provide classroom support and manage student behaviour effectively.

Experience working with young people in a school or theatre setting.

Confident classroom presence and good behaviour management.

A passion for the performing arts and inspiring young learners.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
