Job summary

FM Conway is recruiting Drainage Operatives to join the Water and Drainage Management team in the UK. You will assist with maintenance, HPWJ and CCTV surveys, and routine drainage work as part of a two‑person crew alongside an HGV driver.

Expect training and progression, with an opportunity to complete the HGV Apprenticeship Programme after probation. A full UK driving licence and a proactive, safety‑mocused attitude are preferable.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Health and safety commitment essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop, including HGV Apprenticeship Programme.

Responsibilities

• Support drainage engineers with maintenance and repair work.
• Assist with High Pressure Water Jetting and CCTV surveys.
• Carry out drainage cleaning, investigations and planned maintenance.
• Respond to emergency and reactive drainage callouts.
• Operate GIS Trimble system per procedures.
• Work safely as part of a close-knit team.
