Job Description:

FM Conway is recruiting for a Drainage Operative to join our Water and Drainage Management team. As our Drainage Operative, you will work as part of a two-person team with an HGV Driver to carry out services including cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of drains. This is a full-time, permanent position working nights from our Kings Langley depot.

The duties of the Drainage Operative role will include:

• Supporting HGV Drainage Engineers with drainage work, including High Pressure Water Jetting and CCTV surveys
• Drainage cleaning and investigation works
• Assisting in high-pressure water jetting
• Attending reactive and emergency works
• Operating the GIS Trimble unit according to company procedures

What skills and experience do you need?

Applicants should hold a valid CSCS card. Previous experience in a similar role and in high-pressure water jetting is preferred. A street works card and confined space ticket are beneficial.
