Adler and Allan are seeking a motivated drainage technician to work across Essex and Suffolk on lining and rehabilitation projects. You will carry out CCTV surveys, high‑pressure jetting, and robotic cutting, installing patch liners and full lining systems with ambient, hot, and LED cure technologies.

You will also perform pipe bursting, slip lining, and manhole renovations while maintaining thorough records and adherence to Health & Safety policies.

Formación

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Confined Spaces certification is advantageous.
• CSCS card is required.
• Streetworks qualification is advantageous.
• Experience with pipe lining and trenchless rehabilitation is advantageous.
• Experience with CCTV surveying, jetting and robotic cutting is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake lining and drainage rehabilitation works as assigned, ensuring safety and standards.
• Carry out CCTV drainage surveys, including pre and post installations.
• Perform high‑pressure water jetting operations.
• Complete robotic cutting works where required.
• Install patch liners and full‑length lining systems with ambient, hot, and LED cure.
• Carry out pipe bursting and slip lining to rehabilitate or replace pipework.
• Undertake manhole and chamber renovation works, including benching, sealing, resin injection, and spray lining.
• Provide clear job completion updates and details of additional works.
• Complete paperwork accurately and maintain records; ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.

What You Will Be Doing

• Undertake lining and drainage rehabilitation works as assigned by the Ganger, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
• Carry out CCTV drainage surveys, including pre and post-installation inspections.
• Perform high-pressure water jetting operations.
• Complete robotic cutting works where required.
• Install patch liners and full-length lining systems, including ambient cure, hot cure, and LED cure technologies.
• Carry out pipe bursting and slip lining activities to rehabilitate or replace existing pipework.
• Undertake manhole and chamber renovation works, including benching repairs, infiltration sealing, resin injection, and spray lining.
• Provide clear job completion updates, recommendations, and details of any additional works required.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and maintain detailed records of works undertaken.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with company Health & Safety policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
• Wear and maintain appropriate PPE at all times and report any accidents, incidents, or near misses.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring all waste and debris are removed from site.
• Ensure all required tools, materials, and equipment are available to complete assigned tasks.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, managers, and customers to support successful project delivery.
• Participate in training, development opportunities, team meetings, and annual performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Minimum 1 year's experience within drainage, utilities, or trenchless rehabilitation works. (advantageous)
• Confined Spaces certification.
• CSCS Card.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Streetworks qualification (highly advantageous)
• Pipe and Patch Lining experience. (advantageous)
• Experience of CCTV surveying, jetting, robotic cutting, and trenchless rehabilitation techniques (advantageous)
