We're currently recruiting for an experienced Drainage Operative to join a well-established team in Reading working across commercial and domestic sites. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering job stability, independence, and the chance to join a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Unblocking drains and carrying out drainage surveys
2. Using camera equipment to assess and diagnose issues
3. Working independently - jobs assigned each morning via an app
4. Travelling to multiple sites each day to complete scheduled tasks

Requirements:

1. Previous drainage experience is essential
2. Full UK driving licence
3. Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures
4. Must be comfortable wearing full PPE
5. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
