Job summary

Clearway Environmental Services Ltd in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking a Drainage Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations across CCTV surveys, UV relining, Jet Vac tanker work and liquid waste removal.

You will plan and coordinate teams, schedule works, monitor progress, ensure health, safety and environmental compliance, and liaise with clients and insurers to deliver high-quality, on-site drainage solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in drainage operations or related environmental services.
• Knowledge of CCTV drainage surveys, UV relining, Jet Vac tanker operations and liquid waste handling.
• Strong planning and organizational skills for multiple jobs.
• Health, safety, and environmental compliance and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication with clients, insurers and team.
• Valid driving license and willingness to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day drainage operations and onsite works.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate teams and resources.
• Ensure CCTV surveys, UV relining, Jet Vac operations and waste removal are completed safely.
• Monitor progress, manage equipment, and drive process improvements.
• Liaise with clients and insurers to resolve issues.
