Job description

Drainage Engineer required for our client. Our client, a leading business providing a wide range of building maintenance and facilities management services to commercial, industrial, and public sector clients, is looking for a Drainage Engineer to join their expanding department. The ideal Drainage Engineer will be based within 40 minutes of the head office in Kent, covering commercial and industrial sectors working on client contracts such as retail parks and restaurants.

The Drainage Engineer will be expected to carry out CCTV Surveys, coding and surveying, high pressure water jetting, dealing with blockages, and more. Due to having multiple large client contracts, some work is required to start early morning or late at night, so the Drainage Engineer would have to be flexible with their schedule.

• 1 in 4 call out rota (weekdays - £80 per call out; anything after 2 hours on site gets x1.25; weekends - £90 for first call out, £50 for the second call out, and then any other call out is £40; after 2 hours on site gets x1.5)
