Salary £27,000 - £36,000 DOE plus overtime & on-call

Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands are Willow Pumps and Filta, focusing on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions, offering a comprehensive service for water and waste management.

What does it entail?

• Carrying out services related to cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of drains
• Operating High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment following safety standards
• Conducting surveys
• Providing excellent customer service and technical expertise
• Recording work details accurately using internal and client systems
• Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure service quality
• Participating in an on-call rota, one week in four, to provide 24/7 service

• Experience in high-pressure water jetting and CCTV surveying is beneficial but not essential; full training provided
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
• A positive, flexible, can-do attitude

• Full UK driving license
