Qualifications

Overview

Drainage Design Engineer – Swindon – £44k-£48k plus benefits. We are pleased to be working with a medium sized consultancy who are specialists in civil engineering works for projects both large and small. They are looking for candidates experienced in drainage and design to join the incredible award-winning team in their office which is based in Swindon.

Responsibilities
  • Work on drainage and design projects within a civil engineering environment.
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure team to support an expanding workload on a full-time permanent basis.
  • Contribute to delivering design solutions for residential developments, roads, and related infrastructure.
About you / Qualifications
  • A degree in civil or structural engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Civil engineer
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of MicroDrainage, Causeway Flow and AutoCAD software
Experience considered advantageous
  • Experience in drainage design, SUDS, road design and flood risk assessments for residential developments in particular
