We're on the lookout for a Drainage Assistant to join our team in Slough.

About the role:

  1. Maintain and service equipment as outlined in the service manual.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for individuals and teams.
  3. Maintain good communication with clients and line managers.
  4. Conduct jetting and vacuum works.
  5. Be flexible to work nighttime shifts when required, with appropriate notice.
  6. Complete waste management and duty of care paperwork.
  7. Support lead engineers in CCTV and JetVac operations to deliver high standards of work.

About you:

  1. Drainage and jetting experience is desirable.
  2. Experience in the wastewater industry is desirable.
  3. Understand the importance of RAMS documentation and work safely within its scope, ensuring colleagues adhere to work instructions.
  4. Willing to undertake additional training to enhance service capabilities.
  5. Effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external clients.
  6. Knowledge of environmental services related works is desirable.
  7. Experience leading site teams.
  8. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  9. Full clean UK driving licence.
  10. Legal right to work in the UK.

Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
