We're putting together a talented team to build the #1 training platform for Runners

We help everyday runners become outstanding by providing world-class training, coaching and community for everyone, whether you're improving your 5k time or training for your first marathon. To date we have built iOS, Android and Apple watch apps that help people achieve their goals by coaching them through the full journey and syncing to their favourite fitness devices.

We’re growing extremely fast and in November 2023 closed a new £5M funding round led by JamJar with participation from Eka Ventures, Venrex and Creator Ventures. Our aim is to reach millions of subscribers in the next 5 years and be the go-to training platform for any runner. The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Experience Associate to join our team on a part-time basis! As a key member of the Community Experience team, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations within our Community Experience and Social departments. You’ll be pivotal in helping to adopt community engagement across our social channels & In-App Community. You’ll also be responsible for celebrating our customer’s running journeys across platforms such as Tiktok, Linked In, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram & Strava! We’ll also be asking you to be our trailblazer when it comes to identifying key viral trends and topical projects, all whilst understanding our tone of voice to reply to our community with a supportive flair.

The role will include:

  1. Build and nurture our Runna Community across our Social Media platforms: You’ll be responsible for responding/engaging/liking our customer’s content across our Social Media platforms; Tiktok, Linked In, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Strava & our In-App Community. We want to add REAL value to the experience of our community and you’ll be responsible for finding creative & innovative ways of doing this.
  2. You’ll be on hand to support with the wider runnings of the Community Experience and Social teams as necessary, including tasks such as: Supporting In-App Community engagement, Celebrating and reposting Runna customer story shares, Community Experience process maintenance.

You love interacting and engaging on Social Media! You're up to date with all the latest trends across the likes of Instagram & Tiktok.

Highly organised and efficient.

Flawless written communication skills speaking to Customers in an online capacity.

A creative way with words, quick-thinking and forward-thinking.

Being personable & empathetic are important characteristics that you live by.

An eye for detail: you’re vocal as to how we can make our customer’s experience even better.

Copywriting experience is a massive bonus!

You consider yourself a fitness fanatic!

What we're looking for:

This is a part-time position, we're looking for this individual to work 20 hours a week with the potential to increase this in the future.

4 days a week (5 hours per day), with 1 weekend day! E.g. Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Sunday.

Opportunities to pick up overtime during the rest of the week!

You’re willing to work weekends to help support our incredible Community!

We pay £15/hour on weekdays and £20/hour on weekends.

A running watch of your choice after 6 months!

£100 to spend on Runna kit!

If you work remotely, we’ll pay for your travel & accommodation into the London Office every quarter to spend time with our team!

We’ll cover your travel & accommodation expenses for your first week of training in London if you're remote.

  3. Hiring Manager Interview (25 mins) with Claire & Sam, Community Experience Team Leader & Head of Customer Experience.
  4. Take Home Task Interview: with Charlotte & Rose, our Social Content Lead & Community Experience Associate!
  5. Cultural Interview (25 mins).
