GE Aerospace is offering a four-year apprentice scheme leading to a BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering with Manufacturing. You will rotate across production, quality, design, materials, tooling and NDT, learning how to translate engineering intent into manufacturable products.
The program combines university study at UWE with hands-on work in ME, developing skills in process definition, PFMEA, lean methods, and data-driven problem solving, while focusing on safety and quality.
You will work within multiple engineering disciplines for the design and manufacture of aircraft propellers. Participants will graduate with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering with Manufacturing from UWE, University of the West of England.
