Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking an Electronic Manufacturing Technician to test, fault find and repair various electrical or electronic systems used in rotary steerable systems and downhole power sources.

You will work from full drawing packs, perform basic soldering, crimping and assembly, and ensure compliance with IPC standards. The role emphasizes fault isolation at system and component levels and may require further electrical engineering education.

Qualifications

• Electrical or electronic education (ONC/HNC/HND/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
• Experience testing and fault finding on electrical/electronic systems.
• Basic soldering, crimping and assembly skills.
• Experience with low and high voltage systems.
