Responsibilities

• Weigh ingredients and follow mixing instructions per recipe sheets.

• Check dough consistency against specifications.
• Record batches mixed on relevant documentation.
• Maintain hygiene standards and follow clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment and follow all company procedures.
