Job summary

YouFibre in Aintree, near Liverpool, is hiring a Field Sales Executive to go door-to-door, speak with residents and help them switch to broadband you can bank on. You’ll own your pipeline and drive performance with uncapped commission.

This full-time role offers £25,000–£28,000 base per year plus uncapped commission (OTE £50K), a £250 monthly car allowance, and business travel paid. You must have a UK driving license and access to a car.

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

What you will be doing

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
